Getting Started

Suite is an all-in-one command center for service businesses — CRM, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, mileage tracking, and an AI assistant, in one place instead of five different apps.

Signing up​

Go to suite.lowip.net and click Start Free Trial. You'll pick:

  • Account type — business or personal
  • Industry — this changes some of the terminology and features you see (for example, cleaning businesses get a built-in quote calculator; IT/low-voltage businesses see ticketing-oriented language instead of "jobs")
  • Company details — name, phone, address

Suite verifies your email and phone before your account is fully active.

Signing in​

Sign in at suite.lowip.net/login with your email/username and password. If you've enabled two-factor authentication (SMS or an authenticator app), you'll be asked for a code after your password.

The basics​

Once you're in, the sidebar (or the bottom tab bar on mobile) is your main way around:

  • Dashboard — revenue, jobs, and activity at a glance
  • Members — your clients and leads
  • Pipeline — track leads from first contact through to a signed job
  • Estimates and Invoices — send quotes, bill clients, collect payment
  • Calendar — schedule jobs, assign your team, sync with Google Calendar
  • Mileage — track business trips for tax deductions
  • Settings — your company profile, billing, security, and integrations

Locations​

If you run more than one business (or the same business in more than one region), Suite supports multiple Locations under one account, each with its own profile, contacts, and documents — switchable from the sidebar. Data is fully isolated between locations.
