Automations

Automations send SMS messages on your behalf, automatically, so you don't have to remember to. Available on the Growth plan and above.

Built-in automations​

  • Job Reminder (24h Before) — texts the client the day before a scheduled job, if a phone number is on file
  • Review Request (2h After Job) — texts the client a couple hours after a job is marked complete, asking for a review
  • Missed Call Follow-up — texts back automatically if you miss an inbound call
  • New Contact Welcome — a one-time welcome text when a new lead/contact is added

Turning them on or off​

Each automation can be individually enabled or disabled, and the message templates are editable (including a Spanish version) — go to the Automations page in Suite.
