Invoices
Bill clients and get paid online.
Creating an invoice
Click + New Invoice, choose a member, add line items, set a due date and payment terms. You can set default tax rates and payment terms once in Settings → Billing Defaults so new invoices are pre-filled.
Getting paid
Clients can pay directly from their invoice link via Stripe (card) or, in Mexico, MercadoPago — once you've connected a processor in Settings. You (and the client) both get a receipt automatically the moment a payment comes through.
Recurring invoices
Set up a billing schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and Suite creates — and optionally sends — the next invoice automatically.
A/R Aging & Credit Memos
The Invoices section also includes an Accounts Receivable aging report (grouping open invoices by how overdue they are) and Credit Memos, for crediting a client against future invoices.
Mexico: CFDI Facturación
If your business is registered in Mexico, Suite can stamp a real CFDI 4.0 factura for an invoice (via Finkok) and automatically email the client the PDF and XML. This requires your CSD (digital seal certificate) to be set up first in Settings.
