Mobile App

Suite is available as an iOS app — the same account, the same data, streamlined for on-the-go use.

What's different on mobile

The app focuses on the things you actually need in the field: Members, Invoices, Estimates, Payment Links, Calendar, Tasks, Receipts, Mileage, and the quote Calculator. A few screens are simplified compared to the full desktop site (for example, Invoices and Estimates drop the desktop data table for a cleaner card list), and some account-management settings (billing, SMTP email setup, your public profile) are desktop-only by design — anything sensitive enough to want a "real" keyboard and a second look stays on the browser.

Face ID

After your first successful sign-in, the app will offer to let you unlock with Face ID instead of waiting on your saved login each time. This is a local unlock layer on top of your real account login, not a replacement for it — if Face ID isn't available, your device passcode works as a fallback automatically.

Signing in

The first time you open the app (or any time you're signed out), you'll see a short welcome screen with a Log In / Create Free Account option. Once signed in, the app remembers you the same way the website does.
