General

Your profile, avatar, and current plan live here. Company/business-identity details (name, address, tax info), Locations, your logo, notification preferences, brand colors, and document numbering are also managed from General.

Billing

See your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, update your payment method, or cancel. Suite runs on three tiers — Starter, Growth, and Pro — each unlocking more (SMS automations on Growth; the Sugar AI assistant and priority support on Pro).

Security

Change your password, set up two-factor authentication (SMS or an authenticator app), manage trusted devices, and change your login username.

Email

If you'd rather send client emails (invoices, estimates, receipts) from your own domain instead of Suite's default sender, you can configure your own SMTP credentials here.

Public Profile

A shareable landing page for your business — a lightweight alternative to sending a full website when a lead just needs your contact info and services.
