Team

Invite your employees or subcontractors so they can log in with their own accounts, at whatever role fits (admin, technician, etc.).

Real Team accounts (with a real email on file) are what let Suite actually notify someone — for example, being emailed automatically when assigned to a job on the Calendar. Anyone not added as a Team member can still be referenced by name in places like the job Crew field, but Suite has no way to reach them directly.
